4/24/2026 association meeting

At our most recent meeting that took place on April 24th, the Dinuba Firefighter’s Association continued its commitment to supporting our community through local partnerships, donations, and volunteer efforts:

We’re proud to back our community — and this month the Dinuba Firefighters Association took several steps to do just that.

We voted to contribute $200 to Dinuba High School’s Sober Grad Night to help provide a safe, fun, and memorable celebration for the graduating class. Gongrats DHS Class of 2026! Knowing our seniors can celebrate responsibly makes us proud to support their milestone.

The association also approved a $100 donation to the Friends of Dinuba Library. The Friends are a nonprofit that raises funds to support library programs and provide books and equipment across the county. Their work helps keep learning and literacy thriving in Dinuba.

We voted to sponsor the local youth soccer team, Dinuba Fuego. Investing in youth sports builds teamwork, discipline, and community spirit — values we stand behind.

Members also volunteered to take part in the upcoming Chili Cookoff at Champ Camp. Champ Camp, organized by the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation, is a weeklong residential summer camp at Wonder Valley for child burn survivors ages 5–17. Campers enjoy fishing, horseback riding, crafts, canoeing, archery, water slides, campfires, dances, and team-building — experiences that let them be kids away from medical and financial challenges. Supporting Champ Camp aligns with our commitment to serve and uplift neighbors facing hardship.

We’re honored to support these programs and events that strengthen Dinuba. See below for more information about our partners mentioned in this article.
